How to make a new shop

Ok first off if there is a answer here in the forum i havent found it
Ok now down to bussiness :-) How do i make a new shop? Is there anyone out there that could maybe give me a walk through or some pics :-) Id like to make a skill card shop and locate it in hidden village.

Thank you but i already have that program. and it doesnt add the shop in the game ive already talked with silent this morning. Im trying to put a new shop into the game.
