Probelm in the arabic game

Hi all
I've the arabic game and I made the luncher like this
start SFrame.exe /auth_ip:............... /locale:windows-1252 /country:ME /cash /commercial_shop /render:
but when the game start the arabic letters are not well
like this: ج و ر خ
ever letter is alone and not regular
