astaroth , when i talked to a ar-rappelz GM he toled me that it has been removed scince E4 , so try E1-3 client and i don't think you'll find it anywhere :/

Astaroth was first pet actually a basic pet in e1 e2 and was removed as was very strong here a pic of it .

And it exist in arcadia 1.3 data base i searched and i found it

So yes you can use it
