littel help with my server plz

i work hard for my server and i wan to create one
but last error that i cant fix it
the server wont work
i try to type user admin
pass admin
still not working
so please what is the problem ?

i change it to S io.ip_address: 192.168.1.101 ( my IP)
and then compress it steel the same problem
