First Rappelz Pserver, a lot of Questions
Heyho,
Now it's my turn to ask the expert ;D
I worked a lot with the FlyFF pserver, and now I found the Rappelz-Files.
My questions are:
1. #insert_item don't work. Why? And how can I fix it? If I want to add items per mssql, it won't work, either my item disappears when I relogg, or it is an empty string.
2. Does anyone have the Source? Can I download it somewhere?
3. Are there better Files then the 6.2?
4. Because the #insert_item/mssql don't work, I was farming in ToA for equipment, set the droprate up, but always dropped warrior, mage or huntersuit. Is there no summoner-suit avalible? oO I was farming half an hour, every mob dropped a suit, but no summoner
5. Is there an easier way to get things than use the capitan.exe? Maybe Ingame?
Sorry for bad english, but I think you would understand me. ;D

All the flaming is not necessary.
@OP: There are plenty of answers to all of your questions. They can all be found via the forums 'search' function.

As stated you really should search the forum.
1. The only way to get insert_item to work properly is to trick the system by creating a new character and using the #learn_all_skill("Character's name") function, then using insert_item on that character. It's not really designed to be used in the way people think. It's purpose is mainly for testing not giving random people a bunch of stuff.
2. As stated the files are taken from one of the Rappelz MMO hosts. So not really unless you search really really hard.
3. No there are not, however, several teams are working on making files as close to Epic 7.3 as possible. You'll just have to wait until then, unless you can fix the files yourself. Note that a lot of the issues with improving the current release is client side also which there is no editor for.
4. The drops for T5+ start to dwindle no matter how high you put the rate at. To locate which monster has the armor as a drop search the SQL database. Start by finding which armor you want in the ItemResource, then run a search in the MonsterResource for that particular item's id.
5. Not unless you are proficient at coding with VB and a couple other languages. Or to put it simply... no.
