hmm sounds to me like a client issue but... are u sure the loader.bat is configured correctly?

check ur ip is correct to ur static ip or the ones in gameopt and auth opt

In gameserver.opt you have to use you WAN IP, and then compress the opt file with rappelzcompress.

I've posted about this several times now... Let us know if the problem still persist.
