This was done from what I can tell, as the client has logged in. The problem is that the CaptainHerlock didn't sign up with PrincessAurora, so the authserver doesn't know that a gameserver is running (maybe it's not?)
@OP:
In your PrincessAurora window, something like this should appear after the CaptainHerlock has been started and fully loaded:

If that line does not appear, your gameserver didn't sign up with the authserver and you most likely screwed something up in the setup process. Doublecheck your IP addresses and ports.
Also, do any errors appear during the startup of either the authserver or the gameserver?
