Logitech is probably one of the best free macro options available. You can also search for universal R6 macros on forums like uc. If you’re paying for a macro, you might want to reconsider there are solid free options out there.

aptitude i used a year ish ago was decent although the support team they had back then was terrible. since then they have changed staff
