I think u mean something like aptitdues Ai Aimbot. If so I kinda have bad news. I dont think there is an Ai Aimbot out there that doesnt have a problem with streched res. U can use aptitude with stretched res but its not gonna be the best it could be

There's no cheat with only Aimbot. The last one that had it was Stealthmode.

as others said theres nothing currently like this, you could look into AI aimbot however, the quality isnt great and its inconsistent.
