Im seeing things of unban services that you can get your account unbanned if you cheated on the account. Is this true or something of a scam?

99.99% of Unban Services you see on ElitePvPers are scams and ripoffs. I know only 1 unban service, that actually works and it's not on ElitePvPers (and especially not for every game) Don't fall for these "Unban Services" that claim to work / to be real.
