Payed him the $100, he sent me the loader and then went radio silence, as of now I have very little hope if he is ever going to respond to me, also the file he sent me has tons of trojans and viruses on it

he is a legit person. THis guy will send you a loader with what im assuming is a bunch of RAT's on it and take your computer over. -1111111
