I struggled a lot with it today and I even got Emme to help me. My computer is running on vista and I tried to instal AppServ to be albe to start it. So I (actually Emme via teamviewer) installed it and went to http://localhost/phpmyadmin
At first we got an error that we couldn't see it because we used teamviewer....
