RPE Filters

Hi, I'm not sure how to make rPE filters, and I need help with making 2. For the first custom filter, I need it keep sending the hex code for moving an object from my storage to my inventory. EX. After I move one sword into my inventory, it will send the other 49 from my storage into my inventory. Here is a ss of three hexes of moving the same object, from my storage into my inventory:



The 3B-3D was the item number in the storage I think. 31 31 is the command for moving it from storage to inventory?

The second is similar to the one above, but I want it to do the reverse. EX. After I move one sword into storage, I want it to send the other 49 from my inventory into my storage. Here is a ss of three hexes of the same object, back into storage:



I tried to make one substituting hexes with a DS filter but it didn't work.

I think, all we need is soemoene to update the existing filters or am I missing something ? Because I've checked a lot of tutorials and they all say the same thing, still Rpe doesn't work for me, the funny thing is I don't have any error, it just doesn't work afer I load a filter or and inject client.
