it depens on what kind of system your server got! if there is vote for points/coins what ever, its impossible because the time is based on your acc and not on your ip! means, you can vote every 12 hours or something like that and the last time you vote, is saved in the db on your acc!
if u simply want to push your server in the toplist, you can use proxys! vote, change proxy/ip and vote again! as far as i know there is no working vote bot at the moment!
