I now know that this is 100% blocked since I tried to get 100 million zeny and restarting the game, spending the money or going to a new map resets back to the original amount you had before. Is there a way to hack the amount of money you have if you're on the client side? I'm guessing the only way to do it is actually access the host server and change it there? or perform an intrusion attack which is illegal?

Cheat engine just makes your client display a different amount, it doesnt change anything server side

If you're going as far as to attacking you might as well give yourself a 4 slotted icepick or just sell the database of accounts to russians

No there isn't. And if somebody tells you he has a dupe hack than this is 99% a virus. So don't look for something like this. All you can find is fake.
