dude, this is the totally wrong section for this kind of questions! this section is only for pserver hosting!

try to find the ip on your own! open the grf file from your server and search for sclientinfo.xml! there is the ip!
and for the config, go to openkore.com and read how to config a bot!

Im sorry. i got confused. i havent notice i have posted it in the wrong section, sorry..

i really dont know how to talk into NPC. to go to goldroom. still a newbie in RO fields.
