i tryed freecap but it doesnt work^^

would be great cause im perma banned

If you are banned, your account is banned and not your IP. That means, even with a proxy you can't play anymore.

no no i mean im ip banned no problem i can make tons of new acc´s and my problem is allready solved thanks for ur help

Buy a vpn, like airvpn costs like 7 dollars a month and you can do other crazy things with it

Public open proxies are like clunky old machines sitting in some basement configured with windows to "function as a server", just use a vpn
