How to put NPC's to my Private Server?

Hello im not a programmer but somehow because of your forum thread " Ragnarok Online PServer Hosting"

i have managed to do all the steps succesfully i have setup eAthena and i have connected to my own server, but now i wanna take it to the next level i wanna put NPC's such as healers, warpers etc.. and make my private server open for public can anyone please help me with this detail by detail, im a noob in this scripting and programming please help me, Thank You

i have successfully logged in to my ragnarok private server but there are no monsters and my GM Account doesnt have skills can anyone please help me thank you very much

when i log in to my private server i see no skills for my character plus when i warp to dungeons or fields i see no monsters, what should i do? what do i lack or should i need to change? thank you.
