Help with Error on eAthena?

Please offer a remedy for my problem? I have all 3 servers online and acting accordingly but when I try to run HexedRO it comes with an error of Load MapInfoTable Failed! and I have my data.grf right... anyone know why I'm getting this error from eAthena?

What's with the sdata.grf?

in your RO folder is a file called DATA.INI
post the content of the file and i'll see whta to do^^
