I would say that you need to expand your free comfort zone. Of course, we love to lie around, to be a little lazy, but we need to look for something that gives pleasure.
For example, this is how I found power loads suitable for me. I am not torn to power lifting, but I take such a weight with which I am comfortable. I adjusted my schedules to keep up with whatever I like. Why is it important? Because when you don't have time, you get nervous. When your load is more than you can handle, you have breakdowns. Conclusion? Look for what you like and do it.
