This is just the client, no bot included. Replace ur original elementclient.exe with it at Perfect World Multilanguage Service/element/ directory.
And yea, it does work

i get unexecpted error each time.... and no i didnt want the bot i just wanted those but this sint working
nope i tried renameing moveing and none work

When exacly do u get the error? Have u tried to open it straight from elementclient.exe or via launcher?

i use ur icon exe from element folder and it just loads screen then closes and goes to error

It's definetly not for international version. Topic says PW-MS and MS stands for
