Dragon points capped??

my dragon points reach to around 2.4m accumulated and it stopped there. I npc lots of Dragon Quest item and point did not change. Did they put the capped there or am i being watch by GM?

their DQ site is extremely laggy, I had to wait about 3 months till it worked again after stopping at certain point

check official forums for more info, also u might send a ticket.
