IS IT TRUE that this bot has only ONE qbot.exe FILE!?!?
It totally looks like a virus to me, although it scanned as clean to me....
Anyone else used this and run the qbot.exe file?
Is it really THAT simple!?

Even if the file seems clean, it may not be clean he could have easily made a keylogger that isn't detected by any of the scanners. He also could have made the bot actually to reduce the suspicion of it being a keylogger. These are all fair assumptions knowing that he only has one post. Be careful, I would debug the bot first...before using it. Just a safety warning.

how does keylogger work ? if we close the app it doesn't log keys, right ?
file seems clean @ virusscan.jotti.org, tried it and won't work coz it's obviously saying PW International, would be great if it works with other regions though. (I'm on PWI btw, but 'I' stands for Indonesia ^^)

I dont know why you guys are so scared of keyloggers. im pretty sure that hackers use trojans more than keyloggers. why? trojans can do the same thing as keyloggers but more.

no once you run the keylogger. it copies itself to the windows system folder so its harder to delete.
scanning in virus scan jotti doesnt always mean its safe. you can crypt the virus and it becomes undetectable

omg I ran it already ~a_a~ , hope Qstyle is a nice person and not stuffed in that kind of thing ^_^
Does keylogger send what it logged to the maker ? If it does, then if the app is used by many people, won't he get flooded by log, logs and more logs everyday for many times ?

Umm guys, i just debugged this bot and it seems to be connecting to port 80 on the following IP "213.202.225.72". And the remote host name is "http://213.202.225.72.rdns.funpic.de/". I wouldn't run this bot if I were you. Let me say this again, the bot CONNECTS to an IP..., this hints a very high chance of a keylogger or a backdoor. DO NOT RUN THIS BOT, UNLESS THE POSTER CAN EXPLAIN WHY THE BOT CONNECTS TO THAT IP.

before posting **** like this you should know what you are talking about dude. if you would have really some skills in packet encrypting and so on, you would see that this bot is downloading something, but everyone who has a brain and is able to use wpe will find it our by hisself!

besides he is a 0x657 developer I think and usually all their files are clean but we might have to end up paying the bot right -.-

hi, im new here and looking for a pw international bot
I scanned 2 bots in this forum section, the revo bot and the q bot.
revo bot: most virus scanners show me alerts deep red, its a trojan so i dont use the bot.
q bot: all virus scanners found nothing so it seems clean.
im unsure now, but i think q bot is safer to use.
