sooo.... you need to extract this to your /element folder (its where you have original elementclient.exe file), no need to overwrite it...

imma update it once the swap of characters is succesfull in the malaysian server coz im moving there because pw-ms lags here a lot and the money also good there. Anyway i got a bot here in MS that has remove wireframe and remove objects options and umm i really need help on this if anyone knows where the offsets are in olly let me know coz imma put it in the client and of course i can keep the client private if u want me not to share it around.
