idk if your version is not the same like my versoin but this should be the base address "009F450C" ... but you can find offsets and addresses for perfect world everywhere in this forum ^^ just use the search func ^^

(I know this code will not do anything when compiled and run ^^, but to make it simple let's just pretend that it's functional. Just to describe/simulate the idea.)

and by "name of the program" you mentioned above, do you mean filename, or is it Process name ? I dunno which line is for changing process name inside your code, where is it ?
