Blue dragon now uses some uber old 1.3.6 client. If you send me elementclient.exe and elementskill.dll, I will look at it - but won't garantee anything.
PW Europe uses 1.4.6 I believe, same as PWI. Try the current PWI offset file, or a slightly older one (678 for example), should work perfectly.

What I know is that PW Europe use a Hackshield (in the past they had an hackshield). Maybe that at this reason the bot do not work at PW Europe.

Do they use "Hackshield", or did you mean to use it as a general name for a anti-cheat software?
Hackshield itself wouldn't be so bad, GPK/Xtrap would be worse
