1. Nice idea with the transparence - good alternative to d3d overlay.
2. The font is hard to read in my opinion - maybe change it ?

Is the top on the list the closest, and the bottom on the list the farthest? In other words, is the distance prioritized from top to bottom beyond the Top 5 Players?

Also, out of curiosity, how difficult would it be to implement an additional flag to each name, ID'ing their class?

Yes the list is from closest on top to farthest on the bottom

The frequency is set to 10 secs for the playerlist update.

How difficult to implement an additional flag? .. ugh.. Another case of beer!

umm can you add more informations about the player you click on ? like the stat he got ( str / mag / dex / vit ) and the other things ?
