As I'm aware, this radar will detect the ip from localhost rite? if, i want to use 2 pc , where is that file i can manually input/hardcode if I use 2 pc ?

what settings does this program change on my windows? for some reason now i cannot turn on/off my windows defender and it does something to firewall settings as well.. can you explain how to revert back?
