I have vista, and i know how to change language packs and stuff, but which chinese do i change it to? Hong Kong? Sigapore? taiwan? What one?

eueueu can you use aplocale and the fourth language from the bottom to do it?
i did that and it worked but some of the letters were different.
can you translate it so it would work for that?
