sro.xcoding.net Register an acc (takes 20 sec, no email verification needed...) and go to guides, how to setup the server, theres also downloads / guides for your game there... laoder.. etc
This weekend its going to get changed to ISRO client though so id suggest u dont waste ur time to download ksro yet
