[Guide] Enable 1 Billion Gold + on Stall

I would like to release 1 feature in my server. Which you can find in my signature. Anyways this will allow you and your users to stall items for up to 99 billion gold. To prevent scamming.

I will not post pictures what so ever. So if you dont understand. Just go shoot your self lol

open sro_client with it
and youll understand the rest
