Adding 13D Sun Items to NPC with blues

Hey guys, i am just wondering when adding 13D items to NPC that max OPT (max +) it can't go any higher than 8, is there a way to change that so it will go higher than + 8 to +12. Everytime i try to run gameserver comes up with an error saying Error that isn't a magicoption level. I understand what that means (Can't go higher than +8) but when i set it to +7 i get this error can't find PACKAGE_ITEM_CH_SWORD_13_C_RARE from _RefPackageItem. Check _RefShopGoods. I have also got blues on this item just the basic ones like blocking rate, str, int etc. I will post the lines underneath, i have checked these lines thoroughly i can't see any errors. Can someone please take a look at this, much appreciated thanks.
