would be gr8, 50x is rly low =/ waiting for higher rates, i just was happy to see a 90 cap server, but the rates ....

It's 50x, but up really fast u can get 80+ lvl in 3 hours (Depend what is your build)

Your english teacher must've been bad as well. He asked a question which is like self-explaining, but of course, for some people it's way too complicated. However, I'm such a helpful person that I'll make it clear for you - here's the explanation.
You said that x50 for 90 cap is really low, in fact,it is not. People played at x30 at 120 cap and they didn't complain, of course time and people change(mostly the pug also known as noobs) and they want higher rates, therefore he answered your statement with a question with the point similar to "what did you expect? a 90 cap server with x500 exp so you can get to 90 instantly?"
He didn't state that x50 is equal to x500. You just didn't get the point of his message, and well, I'm not surprised.
