[Dragonica]A probleme

Hii all,

Today with my friend we're going to open a new server Dragonica in French, but we've got a big probleme. When we purchase an item in the cash shop and we disconnect and reconnect, the item disappears and all the items in the bag disappear too :/



My friend said there is a probleme with the log.
So we need your help pls.
