Can't recommend this server.
The admin tries to get people to panic to get donations, 'hinting' that the server might be shutting down if no donations are gained. Also claims to have been not making any 'profit' off the game, and to have been running in the negative already; why play a game that's doomed to shut down from bad management and lack of start-up funds, which is only being ran to 'make a profit'?
Admin also doesn't test patches, which come VERY slowly, and the last month+ has seen huge parts of the game just become more and more broken, with the Admin claiming each patch "fixed" everything. Admin also lies about other things to her players outright, and has been caught in several (for example, that removing GameGuard from the game wasn't possible at all, ever -- a quick install will prove GameGuard has been removed... because donors complained about it, go figure).
In-game economy and community is trash, and it's entirely possible to lack even basic gear at high levels. You'll also get cursed out and harassed if you refuse to join the guilds on there, and guild drama is VERY common in the global chat channel.
Tax rate at all NPCs is set to 25%, with the drop rate keeping you broke for mostly the entire game. Due to the mentioned gear issues, combined with massive glitches that have remained unfixed, dungeons are either undoable or require high level/high geared players to even consider attempting.
Server is also set up to be pay-to-win, with overpriced items that give huge advantages to players who use them. Prices for cash items rival gPotato prices, and it's common knowledge how overpriced gPotato is.
The only good point to this server is that it's a revival of Prius Online, which itself was a great game. Sadly, it's the only server, and the admin has stated that she'll let the game die before releasing the files for it, if it comes to that. The game itself is/was solid, but with the current staff running it and the current community playing it, it's not worth the time or resources required to play it.
Final verdict: if you are a fan of Prius Online and absolutely must play the game again, then dabble around on this server. Don't take it seriously though, and expect the server to fail within six months to a year as it collapses from within. Otherwise, if you've never played the game before, or aren't desperate to play it again, hold off until another private server comes out -- if this admin can get a server running, it's ENTIRELY possible for another team to releases a server that's better managed and balanced.
EDIT: Calling out the admin for any reason will result in her posting your account information and passwords on her forums, calling you a 'scammer'. In conjunction with her continued posting about how she isn't making enough money, and is so busy, it's entirely possibly the admin is just out to make as much money off the game as possible for as little work as possible, and then drop it. Considering how massive glitches will render parts of the game unplayable for weeks or months, which will be ignored until the admin posts how 'busy' she is and not affording the server, and the glitches remain unfixed... draw your own conclusions here.
Avoid this server unless you want your money stolen or your time wasted.
