From mine point of view, they are active enough - they answer our posts in forum, you can find them in-game everyday (but of course not all day).
Maybe you want to see GMs online 24/7. Maybe you want something more from GMs, than i do.
btw, Ross explained in forum, why he and Jaeny are not active as they could be.
