First You should answer this to Yourself...

1.Can i code things?
2.Do i have the money to run the server?
3.Do i have the files needed to run private server?
4.Do i have experience running a private server?

If You can/have all things post that in this thread ... if You have files You should be able to find someone that would help You make server...
