Looking for a server

Hey everyone. Sorry if this is the wrong place for this thread cause I don't post a lot here so...

I am looking for a dekaron private server with a big exp rate, Action 7 and Aloken implemented and working, and not to forget it shouldn't have a launcher so I can do some graphic developments there.

The scum staff on Abnormal IP banned me because I asked for a mob reset cause a hacker took a boss away. I was the one who was false accused and banned.

Anyway, I couldn't find any other server that has all of these. Any help would be much appreciated
