[Small Release] Fixedmain (Eu) with mcl check removed.

This cabalmain.exe has *.mcl file check removed, useful in maps like eod b1f, and normal maps, where if you use my other method to do wallhack you will get a client error.
THIS IS FOR EUROPE ALONE...
