Most windows systems with your average file...

Most windows systems with your average file detection enabled will flag it as malicious because its obfuscated and a 'hack' tool.

Just add exceptions for the file or change your detection settings...

People that get banned are 99% of the time ones who just get reported for abusing openly, the 1% was a brief attempt by anet ages ago that was quickly rectified that turned into them attacking me...
