[Release] Fix Shield Upgrade after 110

On LOTF Source
if you try to upgrade warrior Shield after Level 110 it will back to level 40 again.

this will fix it

Other.ArmorType -> tell you if that item is armor...

Other.ArmorType -> tell you if that item is armor or not
ItemType/2 -> tell you item type
ItemQuality -> tell you what is the Quality of the item
