Man This badge is for Underground members, and It has nothing to do with lvl 2.

I would give this idea a yes. I like it.
Just could add near ''UG Member'' for example '' 2m '' or '' SF '' ... For specific UGs

I think it would be most convenient only to include the text "UNDERGROUND" on the badge. Everything would get too "messy" otherwise ...

I can tell you the same thing about UG members 
I know some which are in more than 1 UG sections

Personally it wouldn't matter to me if people sent loads of PMs asking how to get the Underground badge. I get enough PMs already and you can quite far se what the PM is about in the topic so I just thrash the spam PMs immediately.
I think this is a wonderful idea ...
