are there any recommended spoofers? iam so sick playing in my 100ppl village. I read that you can still spoof with android 5/6 so I wanna hear your guys experience and recommendations... is it even save or a guaranteed ban?

never noticed that someone got banned with spoofing. just play safe run in your town and dont jump in other countrys

i tired it for also my 6+ tablet. same problem with mock GPS =/

you can also try this:

Go to Settings and Select Location Option.
Now if you see its turned off just turn it “ON”.
One more thing that is open Location Settings. Set high accuracy by click mode.
If you done all steps above then just launch the app Pokemon Go, you won't see “Failed to Detect Location or GPS not found” Errors in Game any more.

all spoofing apps wont work because of the security update on android 5.x

False. I run the lastest LOS build on my OPO (obviously Android 7.1.1), prerooted, bootloader unlocked. You just need Magisk 13.3 running and a spoofer as system app, not regular installed. Additionally you need to disable the fusedlocation for the Play Service.

I just followed the guide on reddit, and it still works for me.

thanks for the info. I just meant you are able to play without root etc. on android 6.x etc.
