I get error, PWO is already running. WHen i press ok, it closes.

1. Open first PWO.
2. Open second PWO and quickly turn on this hack on Cheat Engine(use auto attach in settings).

with this you get ban 100%
you can not log in with 2 account with same ip :P

But if anything.. install SockCaps:

Find a proxy and this will mask your IP.

Edit:
You can also copy PWO.exe and change the file name to PWO2.exe and you can run more than one client. Haha, this game is easy to cheat.
