When the overlay doesn't fit 100% the bot can't work correctly.
However if there isnt a white area around the game the bot might still say that the overay doesnt fit perfectly even if it does.

Hey, sad to hear that it isnt't working yet for you. There are a few things we neee to check.

1) Does the bot detect the encounter (number behind encounters rises)
2) Do you have a Microsoft C++ redistributubal version (2015 or above) installed? If not you need to
3) Do you use Java version 9? Because there are sometimes issues with Windows 10 and java 8 on some Displays. Please install Java 9 if you use an older version

If this doesn't help i will need your debug.log File to Check whats wrong. Please let Bot run and detect an encounter, wait a few seconds and stop it. Please message me your whole debug.log File in a private message.

Great bot ! Works flawlessly so far. Quick question, my Settings menu is different than the image you have on the bot page. Is this normal ?

Also, how do I train EV? Do not see an option for it.

The images and infos on the help page are outdated because i did a lot of changes to the user interface in the last week and was to lazy to update them.
Your image is correct and is the most current version.

There is no "Train EV" Button but you use the settings to do that.
Go to encounter Actions page on General settings.
There you can spezify what the bot should do to each poke.
If you are on a Route where pokemon pidgey and caterpie can occur and you only want to kill pidgey you can specify:

1) Pidgey : Attack 1
2) Caterpie : Skip

You need to adapt this to the route you are on.
Also: If you dont specify an action for a pokemon it will be killed.

You can also read the tipps and infos which will be displayed if you hover the action select button.
(First of all you need to click the + button to add a new encounter action

So
1) Yes it is reading encounter numbers it also reads how much i have mined as well but every time i get into an encounter the runtime ends at first i thought it was because i didnt have commands in for the bot to do but i changed that it still stops. an example is the bot will walk my character for 5 sec and then encounter happens and the runtime ends but the Encounter bar goes up one
2) i did download this already per your instructions
3) i have the most up to date java i could find its Version 9

Bot works flawlessly so far for me. Quick question, does the server ever reset? I came back and my bot has stopped and it said welcome to pokemon planet in the chat window lol. Also, Machamp is missing from the encounter actions list.

There was no entry for Machamp on the forum so i didn't add it. I only added Pokemon that can be encountered.

What do you mean by work in background? The screen with the game must be on the foreground of your display otherwise the Bot can't read information from it.

I assume you have a display with a very big resolution. On this displays there is an issue with the mouse movement. Usually this can be fixed by updating to Java 9. To see which version you have open a console and type in java -version.

Maybe the Bot uses the wrong Java version. So please open a console and type java -version so we can see which version the Bot uses.

If you have your display scaled you should also remove that.

On your operating system there is a command line tool (console / terminal).
On windows you can search for cmd.exe which will open the console
