Yes this is the correct version, i didn't update the pictures on the help page yet.
In the general settings page 1 you can specify what the bot should do at each encounter. (If you don't specify any it will kill every pokemon)
There are many possibilities what you can do here:
1) Example: If you want to search for ER Pokemon:
Here you want for example to kill every pokemon except ER. Since the bot will kill every pokemon with attack 1 if you specify nothing you need to add just one rule: (By clicking on the "+" button in the bottom)
Rule: ExtremeRare -> Wait
This way the Bot will wait when it encounters an ER pokemon.
2) Example: Let the bot automatically catch ER pokemon
This is the same like above but this time you can specify different actions to make the bot catch the pokemon
Rule: ExtremeRare -> Attack2 -> UseItem
You could also chain actions together like switch first to the second pokemon, use attacks and so on, there are many many possibilities what you can do.
3) Example: Kill Very Rare pokemon but not one specific VR (Vulpix)
You can specify rules for each pokemon individually.
So if you want to kill VR pokemon too but not one specific like Vulpix you can do:
Rule: Vulpix -> Wait
You can also read to tooltip which will display when you move the mouse over the action select dropdown.
Basically you can make the bot do everything you want.
