Does PUBG ban the IP address ?

Hello. I have 2 pc so i use 1 of them to cheat on PUBG and the other one is my "legit pc" with expensive accounts on it.
For extra safety i use my 5G smartphone on the cheating PC in case i get a ban. but is it really necessary? does PUBG ban the IP of a account ? and will it ban or 24h ban a other account using the same IP but on a different PC if i try to play on my legit accounts right after a ban ?

because 5G make me lag and crash to lobby sometimes. of course sadly i don't have a dynamic IP so 5G is my way to change IP easier without paying a VPN.

If you have 2 pcs pop a DMA card in 1 of them and never worry about bans again lol.. also pubg does NOT ip ban
