It doesn't count for your HWID or STEAMID, even if they hash the IPs logged and then just ban that hash - it's still allowed.
Also there is a lot of exceptions for antihack, antivirus and similar companies.
The whole GDPR is just a mess and full of errors. That's what happens when the young us let those old **** idiots enforce laws..
