Hey guys I found this cheat, and it looks very descent, however can't figure out the real name and actual developer. If you guys know anything please share.

When I drive with my F1 (840 overall) against one of those shitty 911 GT3 RS 4.0 they always pawn me. They get 40km/h more in a race and they are gaining speed much more than me...
The same with my Veyron 16.4...
And I really dont do much mistakes...
I use 6x Nitrous , 2x Ready and 3x Slingshot in a race. How can this be?
