Is ExoCheat.com Legit?

Been looking for a decent Aimbot + Esp and stumbled upon ExoCheats.com, I'm seeing really mixed reviews about it, some say it's great some say it's a scam/Instant ban. So if anyone knows something about I'd appreciate your input, thanks!
